Scope of employment:
The successful candidate will be trained extensively by our client's specialist strainers team, to be able to develop the role with confidence and professionalism. The Customer Support Professional will be responsible for the assigned portfolio of German speaking clients; this professional, strategically positioned, is a key part in client satisfaction of products or services. Therefore it should provide an excellent service that will influence customer future loyalty on new products and services, and therefore is an integral part of product service market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:

*Receive external and internal inquiries from corporate clients regarding IT issues.
*Within capabilities resolve the issue or recommend alternative solutions within different company IT support levels.
*Generate and/or update cross reference information in the company intelligent-database to provide details of the nature of the issue creating a relevant report of the technical issue.
*Follow up the issue with your client as well as with other departments to establish the cause of the issue and record the customer satisfaction to close the ticket.
*Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records.
*Understanding computerized data entry systems and uses of these systems to track activities.
*Maintaining composure in critical situations.

*Secondary School education or higher.
*Good level of English and fluent to native German (a third language is a big advantage).
*Intermediate to advance level of M.Office package.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Outgoing personality and great motivation.
*Organized and reliable.
*Secondary School education.
